How It Works:
Horny goat weed is an herb that has been traditionally used in China for centuries to support libido, fatigue, and support other conditions*. Maca Root, also known as Peruvian Ginseng, has been cultivated in Peru for over 3,000 years and is traditionally used as an adaptogen.* Twinlab’s Horny Goat weed also contains a Proprietary Herbal Blend of Damiana Leaf, Cordyceps, Ginkgo Leaf, Eleuthero Root and Yohimbe  Bark extract.  All of these herbs are chosen specifically to complement Horny Goat Weed’s effect:  Damina is a wild shrub that exists in Mexico, Central America and the West Indies.  Cordyceps has been used to support the immune system and improve athletic performance*.  Ginkgo Leaf seems to improve blood flow throughout the body, especially eyes, ears and extremities.*  Yohimbe is an evergreen native to Zaire, Cameroon and Gabon.  There is evidence that Yohimbe can support sexual health.*

Suggested Use:
